Shane Lachenauer, Glazier Apprentice

Shane, originally from New Jersey, moved to Montana at the age of 8, and it’s in the vast landscapes of Montana where he found his true calling. With a background in Autoglass installation, Shane is no stranger to hard work and learning new skills. Although relatively new to the glazing industry, his dedication and eagerness to learn set him apart.

During his downtime, Shane immerses himself in nature, finding solace in fishing, camping, and spending quality time with friends. As he embarks on his journey in the glazing trade, Shane aspires to achieve the level of expertise where he can work independently and confidently, showcasing his determination to master his craft. His ability to connect and collaborate with colleagues, despite age differences, reflects his adaptable and personable nature. Shane is poised to make a significant mark in the glazing industry.
